You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members

• Any offline meetings are at your own risk

5. Assumption of Risk (Skiing & Snowboarding)

Skiing and snowboarding are inherently risky activities.

By using Snowtopic to connect with other riders, you acknowledge:

• You assume full responsibility for your safety

Snowtopic is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses related to skiing, snowboarding, or related activities.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, profile information).

However, by posting on Snowtopic, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform for promotional and operational purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

7. Privacy
